REGULATION OF B & B DEA
- Upon arrival, you must provide an identity document (identity card or passport) valid need for the records provided by law. Failure to comply with this obligation authorizes us to ask for the immediate abandon of the b & b. The data of our guests are treated in accordance with current privacy legislation. Provide also the booking coupon (e-mail).
- The delivery of the rooms on arrival is scheduled to begin at 15.00.
- On the day of departure you must vacate the rooms by 10.30 am to allow the final cleaning of the premises. A delay will be charged an additional night. (We do not accept luggage in custody).
- Breakfast is served at the agreed time the previous day, normally from 8.00 to 10.00.
- It’s strictly forbidden to smoke inside the rooms and in common places, it is only used in balconies and being careful not to annoy to other guests.
- There should be complete silence from 14.00 to 16.00 and from 22.00 to 8.00. In all other times of the day must have maintained a behavior that respects the tranquility of all guests.
- Do not walk around in the b & b "wearing" clothing that may offend the modesty of others.
- Do not stop and talk in the hall and on the stairs condominium, or in front of the entrance to the b & b.
- The use of the lift should be only for 2-3 people at a time.
- Is not allowed to come home friends, relatives or other people who do not stay in b & b.
- Pets are not allowed inside the structure.
- Every guest at the end of stay, will return the keys of the b & b (door, entrance, bedroom) in case of loss will be required to pay compensation.
- During your stay, the cleaning of the rooms and the change of towels, will be performed every 2 days from 10.00 am to 12.30 pm, if employed in these times will be made the following day.
- Keep clean and tidy all rooms.
- Each guest is required to pay compensation for any damage caused to the b & b and / or the improper use of additional equipment.
- Be sure to turn off the light, air conditioners and other equipment when you are out of the room.
Note: We do not accept any responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to objects of your property left in rooms or balconies.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged
Cancellations up to 14 days before date of arrival will be charged 30% of all nights
Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged
